Organizational Design Analyst 📍 Doha, Qatar We are looking for an analytical and proactive Organizational Design Analyst to support organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and organizational design initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Support organizational design and restructuring projects. • Analyze organizational structures, roles, reporting lines, and workforce data. • Develop organizational charts, workforce analyses, and management presentations. • Identify organizational gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for improvement. • Conduct research and benchmarking to support organizational design recommendations. • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on organizational effectiveness initiatives. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. • 2–4 years of relevant experience in organizational design, workforce planning, HR analytics, or organizational effectiveness. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Excellent Arabic and English communication skills — both written and spoken. • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. • Ability to work under pressure and in a multicultural environment. • Proactive, creative, and able to plan and prioritize effectively.
