MEP Site Engineer – Residential Renovation

Revive Building Contracting LLC is a Dubai-based contractor specializing in luxury villa and apartment renovations, interior fit-outs, extensions, and bespoke joinery. With our in-house construction teams and joinery manufacturing facility in Al Quoz, we deliver high-end residential projects across Dubai. We are looking for an experienced MEP Site Engineer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, fire alarm, and firefighting works. • Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals. • Ensure site execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. • Coordinate with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and authorities. • Conduct site inspections and oversee testing and commissioning activities. • Follow up on MEP approvals, procurement, RFIs, and technical site issues. • Inspect concealed MEP services before closing walls, floors, and ceilings. • Support snagging, defect rectification, and final project handover. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. • 3–5 years of UAE experience in residential renovation, interior fit-out, or MEP projects. • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and DEWA requirements. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and technical drawings. • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Valid UAE driving license preferred. • Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
