Assistant Project Manager – Residential Renovation

Revive Building Contracting LLC is a Dubai-based contracting company specializing in luxury villa and apartment renovations, extensions, interior fit-outs, landscaping, and bespoke joinery. With our in-house construction teams and dedicated joinery manufacturing facility in Al Quoz, we deliver high-quality residential projects across Dubai. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our team. Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and technically competent Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of luxury residential renovation projects. Key Responsibilities • Assist in project planning, scheduling, execution, and progress monitoring to ensure timely delivery. • Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, designers, suppliers, and subcontractors. • Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, manpower allocation, and material requirements. • Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. • Follow up on authority approvals, procurement activities, RFIs, material submittals, and shop drawings. • Conduct regular site inspections, identify potential delays, and prepare detailed progress reports. • Support the management of project budgets, variations, cost control, and client communications. • Coordinate snagging, defect rectification, and final project handover to ensure client satisfaction. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in residential renovation, interior fit-out, or construction project management. • Strong technical knowledge of villa and apartment renovations, civil works, MEP coordination, joinery, and high-end interior finishes. • Excellent communication, organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, manage priorities, and consistently meet deadlines. • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
