• - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• - Mandatory UAE construction experience.
• - Hands-on experience with HVAC and Plumbing systems is mandatory.
• - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
• - Strong understanding of MEP coordination and site execution.
• - Experience reviewing shop drawings and coordinating with consultants.
• - Experience working on residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• - Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.
• - Knowledge of local UAE construction standards and regulations.
• - Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise mechanical works on construction sites.
• Coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Review mechanical drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, architects, and other engineering disciplines.
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with project schedules.
• Ensure all mechanical installations comply with local authority regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Review material submittals and ensure approved materials are used on site.
• Prepare progress reports and participate in project meetings.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards throughout project execution.
