Position Title: Sr. HR Executive – Group of Companies Employment Type: Full Time Salary: inclusive depending on experience and qualifications About the Client: A rapidly growing and diversified group of companies , with business interests across multiple industries, including a strong presence in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector. Job Description: • Manage full-cycle recruitment across corporate, construction, real estate, hospitality, and automotive operations, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and manpower planning. • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations, manage employment contracts, disciplinary matters, grievances, employee relations, and HR policies. • Oversee employee lifecycle processes, attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, visa and work permit processing, employee documentation, and HR reporting across business units. • Coordinate UAE National recruitment, Nafis-related processes, Emiratization targets, government reporting, and compliance with applicable UAE employment regulations. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 3–5 years of UAE HR generalist experience, preferably within a diversified group or multi-business environmen • Proven experience recruiting corporate, operational, and frontline employees, preferably across real estate, construction, hospitality, automotive, or related industries • Strong practical knowledge of MOHRE regulations, UAE Labour Law, WPS, employment contracts, visa procedures, payroll coordination, and employee relations Show more Show less
