Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a HR Specialist - Talent Acquisition/ Talent Capability to be based in the UAE. Applicants must have proven work experience in the country where the role is based. If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.*** Key aspects of the role include: • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified talent aligned with business requirements. • Recruitment: Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding. • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, talent mapping, market research, and proactive candidate engagement. • Talent Capability Development: Identify skill gaps and workforce capability needs, supporting talent development, succession planning, talent assessment, and internal mobility initiatives. • Stakeholder Management & Reporting: Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, monitor recruitment KPIs, and improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience. To be successful you will need to meet the following: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Capability. • Experience working in the UAE, with a good understanding of local employment practices and talent trends. • Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills. • Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented, with excellent communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
