Job Description: Procurement Officer – FMCG Company: MAHALLE – Promart General Trading LLC Location: Dubai, UAE About the Role We are looking for an experienced Procurement Officer to manage purchasing and supplier relationships for our grocery e-commerce and walk-in retail business. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of the UAE FMCG market, strong supplier connections, and experience sourcing products at competitive prices. Key Responsibilities • Source FMCG and grocery products from suppliers across the UAE. • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions. • Manage purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries. • Monitor market prices and identify new products and suppliers. • Ensure product availability and competitive purchasing costs. • Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and operations teams. Requirements • 5–10 years of experience in FMCG procurement in the UAE or Middle East. • Good knowledge of the UAE grocery and FMCG supplier market. • Existing relationships with UAE suppliers are essential. • Experience in e-commerce and grocery retail procurement. • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. • Valid UAE driving license. • Ability to visit suppliers and manage purchasing independently.
