Portfolio Manager

Key Responsibilities • Manage multiple maintenance and operations projects within healthcare facilities. • Monitor project performance, budgets, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Oversee contract execution and service level agreements (SLAs). • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety, and quality standards. • Lead project managers and multidisciplinary teams. • Prepare executive reports and support strategic decision-making. Experience • Minimum 15 years of overall experience in maintenance and operations projects. • Minimum 10 years in project/program management. • Minimum 5 years managing a portfolio of healthcare maintenance and operations projects. • Proven experience in hospital and healthcare facility operations and maintenance. Core Competencies • Portfolio and project management. • Strategic planning and risk management. • Budget and contract management. • Leadership and stakeholder management. • Asset and facilities management systems (CMMS/CAFM). • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Project Management, or a related field. • Master's degree (MBA or related discipline) is preferred. • Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PfMP, CFM, or FMP are preferred.
