Project Manager

Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage mixed-use and hospitality projects from planning and design through construction, delivery, and handover. • Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and overall performance to ensure successful project delivery. • Coordinate with developers, client representatives, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives. • Manage project planning, progress monitoring, reporting, risk management, and issue resolution. • Oversee design coordination, procurement, tendering, and contract administration in line with project requirements. • Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow, variations, and change management to maintain financial control. • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project specifications, quality standards, health and safety requirements, and applicable regulations. • Lead project meetings, provide regular progress reports, and communicate project status, risks, and mitigation measures to senior management and clients. • Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency, optimize resources, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure effective coordination between all project stakeholders and timely resolution of technical, commercial, and operational issues. Qualifications • 12–15 years of experience in project management within the construction, real estate development, or consultancy sectors. • Proven experience working on mixed-use and hospitality projects is essential. • Experience working on the developer or client side is essential. • Previous experience with a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) is preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline. • Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, risk management, procurement, and contract administration. • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate effectively with developers, clients, consultants, and contractors. • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare professional reports, lead meetings, and engage confidently with senior stakeholders. • Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is preferred. • Relevant professional certifications, such as PMP or equivalent, are preferred. • Willingness to travel as required.
