Job Summery We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Waiter/Waitress to join a prestigious, high-volume, fine dining venue in DIFC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality and working in a fine dining restaurant with at least 2 years experience. Key Responsibilities • Lead an assigned section and coordinate Waiters and Runners during service. • Welcome guests, present menus and provide confident food and beverage recommendations. • Take accurate orders and communicate allergies and special requests clearly. • Monitor table progression, timing and presentation throughout the dining experience. • Support upselling and ensure bills are processed accurately. • Coach junior team members and reinforce service standards. • Coordinate with the kitchen, bar and supervisors during busy periods. Ideal Candidate • At least 2–3 years of experience as a Head Waiter. • Experience in an upscale, fine-dining or high-volume restaurant. • Strong menu knowledge, sales ability and guest-engagement skills. • Confident leading a section and supporting junior employees. • Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is a strong advantage.
