Due to the volume of applications received, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. About the Role We are looking for a Sales Manager to develop and grow the company’s business in the UAE. The role will focus on developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and managing sales across key projects and market segments. The Sales Manager will work closely with customers, developers, contractors and internal teams to develop the project pipeline and achieve the company’s sales and business objectives. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, developers, and other stakeholders. - Develop and implement sales plans to achieve agreed revenue and growth targets. - Identify new business opportunities and develop existing accounts across relevant market segments. - Maintain good market coverage and ensure regular contact with key customers. - Identify and follow up on projects from the early stages through tendering and final award. - Work closely with developers and contractors to ensure the company’s products are considered and included in relevant projects. - Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders and commercial offers. - Negotiate with customers and follow opportunities through to successful closure. - Maintain active participation in key projects and ensure regular follow-up with all relevant stakeholders. - Work closely with the Specification and Technical teams to maximize project opportunities and support product approvals. - Provide regular updates on sales activities, project status, opportunities and forecasts. - Maintain accurate customer and project information in the CRM system. - Monitor competitor activity, market developments and pricing and provide regular feedback to management. - Conduct product presentations and customer meetings with key end users, contractors, consultants and designers. - Attend relevant activities, seminars and industry events to develop relationships and generate new opportunities. - Work with the marketing team on social media activities and product’s campaigns - Support the company in achieving its sales, margin and overall business objectives. Qualifications Required - Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field. - 5+ years of relevant sales experience within the building materials or construction industry. - Strong knowledge of the UAE building materials and construction market. - Existing relationships and contacts with key contractors, developers, consultants, property management companies and other relevant customers in the UAE. - Proven experience in project sales and securing medium to large-scale projects. - Good understanding of the construction project cycle, including specification, tendering and project award. Skills & Competencies - Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills. - Strong presentation and customer-facing skills. - Commercially minded with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities. - Self-motivated, organized and able to manage multiple projects and customers at the same time. - Fluent in English and Arabic.
