Cyber Security Sales Manager

Company Description CyberRisk Advisory is a UAE-based cybersecurity consultancy specializing in Risk-Based Vulnerability Management (RBVM), helping organizations focus on vulnerabilities that present real, exploitable risk. The company replaces traditional, noise-heavy vulnerability management with a risk-based approach that leverages exploit intelligence, asset context, and threat exposure to guide remediation priorities. Services include RBVM program design, scanner-agnostic vulnerability prioritization, remediation planning, continuous exposure management, and compliance-aligned security advisory for frameworks such as ISO 27001, and UAE IA / NESA. CyberRisk Advisory also provides penetration testing and security assessments for organizations across the UAE/GCC regions that aim to strengthen security posture pragmatically. The company is committed to delivering measurable risk reduction without unnecessary increases in headcount or technology complexity. Role Description The Cyber Security Sales Manager role is a full-time remote position responsible for driving revenue growth by selling RBVM and cybersecurity advisory services to enterprise and mid-market organizations. In this role, the Sales Manager identifies and qualifies prospects, runs discovery meetings, and translates complex technical capabilities into clear business value for security and business stakeholders. Daily activities include building and managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating solution demonstrations with technical teams, and leading contract negotiations. The Sales Manager collaborates closely with consulting and delivery teams to shape solutions, ensure accurate scoping, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle. The role also involves market research, participation in industry events, and contributing feedback on product and service enhancements based on customer needs. Qualifications • Strong cybersecurity domain knowledge, including vulnerability management, risk-based approaches, penetration testing, and security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, UAE IA / NESA). • Proven B2B sales experience in technology or cybersecurity services, including prospecting, pipeline management, solution selling, and closing complex deals. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear business terms to diverse stakeholders. • Experience working with CISOs, security leaders, and IT decision-makers in UAE/GCC markets is highly beneficial. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Familiarity with vulnerability scanners, threat intelligence tools, and exposure management platforms is an advantage. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or sales-focused certifications) are a plus. This is a contractor engagement, not employment. You must already hold a valid UAE freelance permit or your own trade licence covering sales or business development, and be able to invoice us directly. If you do, we can move fast.
