We're hiring: Sales Manager, AI & Cyber | Dubai, UAE Mindfire Technologies is growing its AI and cybersecurity business across the UAE, and we're looking for a sales leader who already knows this market and its buyers. What you'll do: - Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and government accounts across the UAE - Sell Mindfire's managed security services (24/7 Cyber Defence Centre), data security, identity, GRC, cloud and AI security solutions - Build pipeline with CISOs, CIOs and IT leaders, and close multi-year deals - Work with our pre-sales team and technology partners on solution-led proposals - Deliver against a quarterly revenue target What we're looking for: - 7+ years of B2B technology sales experience in the UAE - At least 4 years selling cybersecurity solutions in the UAE (mandatory) - An established network of CISOs and IT decision makers in UAE enterprise and government - A track record of meeting or beating quota - Working knowledge of UAE regulations such as UAE IA, ADHICS, DESC, CBUAE and PDPL is a strong advantage - Interest in AI security and agentic AI is a plus Why Mindfire: - A portfolio spanning 10 security domains, run from our own Cyber Defence Centre in Dubai and Abu Dhabi - Strong vendor partnerships and a clear Advise, Build, Run model - A team that backs sellers with real technical depth Interested?
