Key Responsibilities • Lead cybersecurity Pre-Sales and Solutions Consulting activities across SOC, MDR/MXDR, EDR/XDR, SIEM, and broader Cyber Operations services • Conduct client discovery sessions to understand existing security environments, operational challenges, security requirements, and business objectives • Design and propose SOC, Managed SOC, MDR/MXDR, EDR/XDR, SIEM, and threat detection solutions • Deliver technical presentations, solution demonstrations, workshops, architecture discussions, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) • Translate customer requirements into technical architectures, solution designs, statements of work, implementation approaches, and delivery plans • Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, technical documentation, solution scoping, effort estimation, and commercial discussions • Provide technical expertise during customer meetings alongside sales and business development teams • Support market development, opportunity identification, pipeline generation, and sales-related KPIs • Remain technically involved and billable by participating directly in client cybersecurity delivery engagements • Support implementation, configuration, integration, onboarding, optimization, and troubleshooting of security technologies • Design and enhance SOC monitoring, threat detection, alerting, correlation rules, dashboards, and security use cases • Support security incident detection, investigation, response, and continuous improvement activities • Design and integrate SIEM solutions including Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, IBM QRadar, Elastic Security, or equivalent platforms • Support deployment and optimization of EDR/XDR platforms such as Microsoft Defender XDR, CrowdStrike Falcon, SentinelOne, Palo Alto Cortex XDR/XSIAM, or equivalent technologies • Support MDR/MXDR service onboarding, security tooling integration, log source onboarding, and operational readiness • Work closely with client SOC teams, cybersecurity leadership, engineering teams, vendors, and internal commercial stakeholders • Identify opportunities to enhance or expand existing client Cyber Operations capabilities and managed security services • Maintain strong awareness of emerging cybersecurity technologies, threats, security operations trends, and market developments. Required Experience • Strong professional experience across Cybersecurity, Security Operations, SOC, Security Consulting, or related domains • Proven experience in Cybersecurity Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, Security Solution Architecture, or customer-facing technical consulting • Strong knowledge of SOC / Security Operations, including security monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and operational processes • Strong experience with MDR / MXDR and Managed Security Services • Hands-on understanding of EDR/XDR technologies, including platforms such as Microsoft Defender XDR, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Palo Alto Cortex, or similar • Strong experience with SIEM technologies, such as Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, IBM QRadar, Elastic Security, or equivalent • Experience conducting technical discovery, client workshops, solution presentations, demonstrations, and PoCs • Experience supporting RFPs/RFIs, technical proposals, solution designs, architecture documentation, and Statements of Work • Ability to translate business and cybersecurity requirements into practical and commercially viable technical solutions • Strong hands-on technical capability with the ability to participate in implementation, configuration, integration, onboarding, and optimization • Good understanding of threat detection, incident response, detection engineering, security monitoring, and SOC use-case development • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to communicate effectively with both executive/CISO-level stakeholders and technical cybersecurity teams • Comfortable supporting sales and market-development objectives while maintaining responsibility for technical delivery • Experience working within an MSSP, MDR provider, cybersecurity vendor, systems integrator, consultancy, or similar client-facing environment is highly desirable • Willingness and ability to work with clients in the UAE.
