Candidate RequirementsHospitality Experience – Mandatory Hotel or hospitality industry experience is a strict requirement for this position. Candidates must have relevant experience either: • Working directly within hotels or hotel groups, particularly in commercial, operations, F&B, rooms, IT, guest experience, procurement, or related functions; OR • Selling technology, software, services, or solutions directly to hotels and hospitality groups. Candidates without meaningful hotel-industry experience will not be considered. Additional Requirements • Minimum 6 years of relevant business development, sales, commercial, or hospitality experience. • Strong understanding of hotel operations and the hospitality business environment. • Existing network within the UAE hotel industry is highly preferred. • Experience dealing with General Managers, Hotel Managers, Operations Directors, IT Directors, Procurement teams, and corporate hotel executives. • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Comfortable presenting technology solutions to both operational and senior management teams. • Proven ability to generate leads and build a sales pipeline independently. • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to close deals. • Highly proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-growing company. • Excellent English communication skills. • Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory. • UAE driving licence is preferred. • Experience with hospitality technology, SaaS, PMS, POS, guest experience platforms, hotel operations systems, or similar solutions is a strong advantage. Most importantly, you should understand how hotels make decisions and how to build trust with hospitality professionals. What TDH Offers • Opportunity to join a fast-growing hospitality technology company headquartered in the UAE. • Exposure to leading international and regional hotel groups. • A technology platform solving real operational and guest-experience challenges in hotels. • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. • Significant opportunity for career growth as TDH expands across the region and internationally.
