About the role

Requirements

• Key Responsibilities
• - Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• - Identify and pursue new opportunities in hospitality consultancy, franchising, and event partnerships.
• - Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, hotel operators, and brand partners.
• - Conduct competitor analysis and awareness of industry trends and gaps in the F&B and lifestyle sector.
• - Lead the preparation and delivery of proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
• - Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements to secure new projects.
• - Collaborate with internal teams (concept design, design, advisory, marketing, operations etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
• - Represent TGP International at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
• - Track business development activities through CRM tools and prepare regular pipeline reports (Hubspot).
• Qualifications & Experience
• - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• - 5+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or commercial management (hospitality/F&B/design sectors preferred).
• - Proven track record of securing high-value projects and partnerships.
• - Strong network within the UAE and GCC hospitality and real estate industries.
• - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
