🚀 We're hiring: Credit & Collection Analyst – VVIP & Preferred Business Accounts 🏢 Department: Credit & Collection-Business 👥 Division: Pre-Sales & Business Operations 📍 Job Location: Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. 💰 Salary Budget: AED. 6000 ✔️ Desired industry experience: Telecom experience preferred What you'll do: • Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts. • Investigate historical data for each debt or bill. • Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments. • Take actions to encourage timely debt payments. • Process payments and refunds • Resolve billing and customer credit issues • Update account status records and collection efforts. • Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status. What we're looking for: • Proven experience in using Excel and BI tools (e.g. Power BI) for data analysis reporting and dashboard creation. • Experience in analysing aging reports payment behaviour and collection performance from a back office perspective. • Ability to perform segmentation trend analysis and root cause analysis on receivables and bad debt data. • Comfortable working with targets • Patience and ability to manage stress. • Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration • 4+ years in credit control / collections / accounts receivable • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills • Telecom experience background preferred If you love targets, clean numbers, and high-touch client work — this is for you. #Hiring #AbuDhabi #CreditAndCollection #AccountsReceivable #UAEJobs #FinanceJobs #B2BCollections #TelecomJobs Show more Show less
