Marketing Manager

Monerti is a RERA-regulated, Property management platform with two apps: Monerti for landlords and property managers, and Monerti Home for tenants and homeowners. We are hiring a Marketing Manager who makes the content, not just plans it. You will be the face and voice of Monerti online. WHAT YOU WILL DO • Own Monerti's marketing across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube • Create video content yourself: appear on camera, present the product, explain features and talk to the audience in English • Write the scripts, record the videos and edit them using AI tools • Run paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn • Turn signups into paying customers: landing pages, onboarding emails, WhatsApp flows, retargeting • Work with the sales team so marketing leads actually convert • Report every week on signups, cost per signup, activation and paid conversions WHAT YOU NEED On camera (required) • Comfortable creating English content in front of the camera: talking to camera, presenting the product, explaining features, hosting short videos and lives • Clear, confident spoken English. Arabic on camera is a strong plus • A portfolio of videos where you are the person on screen AI tools (required) • Edit videos with AI tools such as CapCut, Descript, Opus Clip or Runway • Write scripts, captions and ad copy with ChatGPT, Claude or similar • Create visuals with Canva, Midjourney or similar • AI voice-over and dubbing tools (ElevenLabs or similar) are a plus Marketing • 4 or more years in marketing, with at least 2 years running social media and paid ads for a consumer app or SaaS product • Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads • Pixels, GA4, conversion tracking and UTM links • Email and WhatsApp campaigns • Landing pages and basic SEO • Reading the numbers and changing the plan when they say so Immediate Joiners preferred Show more Show less
