Waitress

We are looking for a number of Waitresses for a cafe in Al Amerat. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Waitress role based in Al Amerat. The role involves welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and serving meals and drinks efficiently and courteously. The Waitress will ensure tables and service areas are clean, properly set, and stocked, and will coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver orders on time. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, managing bills and payments, addressing guest concerns, and following food safety and hygiene standards. The Waitress will also support overall restaurant operations, including assisting with basic food preparation and contributing to a positive, professional team environment. Requirements • Should be currently in Oman and ready to attend interview and join immediately once selected • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and respectfully with diverse guests. • Experience or familiarity with Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including serving, menu knowledge, and order handling. • Ability to work on-site in Al Amerat, including standing for extended periods and handling peak service hours. • Attention to cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards. • Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is an advantage. • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. • Basic numeracy for handling bills and cash transactions; familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
