WE’RE HIRING | HUMAN RESOURCE Manager – DUBAI REAL ESTATE We’re looking for a Human Resource Manager to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. If you’re someone who enjoys connecting with people, spotting great talent and building strong teams, we’d love to hear from you. What we’re looking for: • 3-5 years of recruitment experience in Dubai • Experience hiring for real estate / property sales roles is a strong advantage • Good understanding of the Dubai recruitment market • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to source, screen and shortlist suitable candidates • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment • Proactive, organised and confident in dealing with candidates Your role will include: 🔹 Sourcing and attracting real estate talent 🔹 Screening and interviewing candidates 🔹 Managing the recruitment pipeline 🔹 Coordinating interviews and onboarding 🔹 Building and maintaining a strong talent pool 🔹 Supporting the company’s growth by bringing the right people on board 📍 Location: Dubai 💼 Experience: 3-5 years 🏢 Industry: Real Estate If you’re passionate about people, recruitment, and building high-performing teams, we’d love to connect. 📩 Interested?
