Help build the GCC Region presence of Work Health Strategy Location: Location: Dubai, UAE | GCC Region Work Health Strategy is an international workforce health and organisational performance consultancy. We bring together occupational health expertise, psychosocial risk intelligence, employee support, strategic consulting and intelligent technology to help organisations build healthier workforces and stronger performance. As we expand into the Ireland, we are looking for a commercially minded and relationship-driven professional to help develop our market presence, build strategic relationships and create new business opportunities.This is an opportunity to play an active role in developing W.H.S. in the GCC Region from an early stage. • What you will doIdentify and engage prospective corporate clients across the GCC Region • Build relationships with HR, People, Wellbeing, Occupational Health and senior business leaders • Develop a qualified pipeline of potential clients and opportunities • Introduce W.H.S. and communicate the business value of our solutions • Support meetings, proposals and the development of new client relationships • Identify and develop strategic partnerships and referral networks • Represent W.H.S. at relevant industry events and networking opportunities • Gather market intelligence and contribute to our Ireland go-to-market strategy • Work directly with the founder and international team to develop the GCC Region business • What we are looking for • Strong communication, relationship-building and presentation skills • Commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset • Confidence engaging with corporate decision-makers • Good understanding of the GCC Region business environment • Ability to work independently and take ownership of opportunities • Excellent written and spoken English A university degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, Communications, Healthcare or a related field is preferred. Experience in business development, B2B sales, consulting, HR, occupational health, employee wellbeing, healthcare, technology or professional services would be an advantage.
