Business Development Executive

Vibrant Consultancy WLL, established in 2012 and based in Doha, is a leading provider of certified safety training, inspection, and consultancy services across multiple sectors in Qatar. Role Description: We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base across the oil & gas, construction, and industrial sectors. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and manage the full sales cycle from market research and lead generation to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure. Key responsibilities include: • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy • Building and maintaining a network of industry contacts and decision-makers, and managing CRM data • Leading client meetings and presentations, understanding training and consultancy needs • Preparing tailored proposals and negotiating commercial terms in line with company profitability guidelines • Managing key accounts and acting as the liaison between clients and operations to ensure smooth service delivery • Coordinating with operations and finance teams on invoicing and payment collection • Monitoring performance metrics and market trends to support strategic planning Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred • 5+ years in business development, including 2+ years in oil & gas or service sectors • Strong new business development, lead generation, and account management skills • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Specifications • Experience in training, consultancy, or the service industry is a plus, as is familiarity with the Qatar market or GCC region is an advantage. • Fluency in English • Valid Qatar residence permit (transferable) • Valid driver's license • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings Show more Show less
