You know that feeling when you’re in a sales team that’s actually winning clear targets, high standards, big energy, and people who do what they say they’ll do? That’s eMagine. We’re a Dubai-based recruitment and talent advisory business (JLT) trusted by leading brands across the UAE and beyond. We don’t do “CV forwarding” or transactional recruitment. We partner with hiring leaders, solve business-critical problems, and build relationships that last for years. Now we’re scaling up for 2027 and we’re looking for winners. Not loud talkers. Not “busy” people. Proper consultative sellers who love structure, love momentum, and want to build something with a team that’s hungry. What makes this different • Vibrant, driven culture: fast pace, high accountability, lots of laughs, zero politics • Monthly, quarterly & annual incentives (we celebrate results consistently and no matter how small) • Unlimited leave policy (we trust adults; we measure output) • A business with credibility, loyal clients, and a reputation for delivery • Real autonomy: you’ll be trusted to run your desk like a pro • High Bonuses Structure • Sales, Marketing and Admin Support • Based in JLT, Dubai (in-person) What you’ll be doing (your day-to-day) • Building a strong new business pipeline through smart outreach and sharp conversations • Running proper discovery calls pain, urgency, stakeholders, decision criteria, timelines • Selling recruitment and talent solutions as a service (outcomes > “rates”) • Using structured sales methodology (MEDDIC / Challenger / SPICED, MICE or similar) to qualify, forecast, and close cleanly • Creating proposals that make sense commercially and solve the client’s real problem • Partnering with delivery so clients feel looked after from day one • Becoming the person clients call when hiring is urgent, sensitive, or business-critical What we’re looking for • Proven consultative B2B sales experience (you can lead a conversation, not just pitch) • Strong solution selling mindset — you diagnose before you prescribe • Experience selling a service (recruitment, staffing, consulting, agency, SaaS services, etc.) • Comfortable with structured qualification and forecasting (MEDDIC or similar) • Confident with senior stakeholders and multi-step decision processes • Competitive, resilient, and consistent you don’t need chasing • Recruitment experience is a plus, but not essential if you can sell properly If you’re reading this thinking “that’s me…” Send your CV plus a short note on: • what you sell now (or sold most recently) • the methodology you use (or your sales process) • a deal you’re proud of and why you won it If you want to join a team that’s building, growing, and genuinely enjoying the ride, eMagine is the place.
