Sales Manager

Our client, a fast-growing Dubai-based luxury tailoring house, is looking for a hungry, ambitious Sales Manager to help grow its client base across the UAE. This role suits someone fairly early in their sales career who wants to earn well, move fast and grow with a business that rewards results. You don't need a fashion background. If you've built a career in recruitment, real estate, brokerage or any other commission-driven sales role, you already have what matters most: you can open doors, build relationships and close. Add energy, a network and an eye for style, and we'd like to hear from you. What you'll do • Win new business across B2B and B2C, building corporate relationships and a private client portfolio • Look after existing clients and drive repeat business and referrals • Meet clients at their offices, homes and appointments across the UAE • Own the CRM: leads, relationships and pipeline • Plan and run targeted social media and email campaigns to bring in enquiries What you'll bring • A track record of winning new business, ideally in recruitment, real estate, brokerage or another target-driven sales role • Experience with high-value, relationship-led sales, whether that's placing candidates, closing property deals or managing client portfolios • A strong existing network in the UAE • A natural eye for style and a personable, professional manner • The drive to work on your own and own your growth • Confidence with CRM systems and digital campaigns • A valid UAE driving licence What's on offer: A competitive salary plus uncapped commission, and remote working with travel across the UAE.
