We are seeking an experienced HR & Administration Officer to oversee HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and UAE employment compliance. The role requires a highly organized and professional individual who can work independently, handle confidential matters, support management, and ensure effective HR practices across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and offboarding. • Oversee employee relations, attendance, leave, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns. • Lead recruitment, workforce planning, and employee development. • Coordinate payroll, WPS, visas, Emirates ID, insurance, benefits, and employee records. • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, employment contracts, and employee guidelines. • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS, and all applicable employment rules and regulations. • Stay updated on applicable UAE employment laws, regulations, and government requirements. • Advise management on HR matters, staffing needs, employee performance, and employment-related issues. • Manage resignations, terminations, final settlements, and related HR documentation in accordance with applicable regulations. • Maintain accurate, confidential, and audit-ready HR records and reports. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of UAE HR experience. • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS, payroll, and applicable employment rules and regulations. • Proven experience managing end-to-end HR operations. • Strong understanding of UAE employment procedures and the ability to correctly apply applicable rules and regulations. • Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. • Professional, discreet, organized, and confident in dealing with employees and senior management. • Strong attention to detail, accountability, and ability to work independently. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
