About the Role Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya is looking for an experienced Demi Chef de Partie - Bakery to support the Bakery operations and ensure the production of high-quality breads, viennoiseries, and baked goods. The ideal candidate is passionate about baking and committed to delivering exceptional products for our guests. Key Responsibilities • Prepare a variety of breads, rolls, croissants, Danish pastries, and other bakery items. • Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, and presentation. • Assist in daily bakery production planning. • Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards. • Monitor inventory and minimize product waste. • Support the Bakery Chef in achieving operational goals. • Assist in training junior team members when required. Qualifications • Minimum 2 years' experience in a bakery operation within a hotel or upscale bakery. • Strong knowledge of artisan breads and bakery production. • Familiarity with food safety and HACCP standards. • Ability to work flexible shifts. • Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
