About the Role Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya is seeking a talented and passionate Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry to join our Culinary team. The successful candidate will support the Pastry Kitchen operations by preparing high-quality desserts, pastries, breads, and bakery products while maintaining Hyatt standards of quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and present pastries, desserts, cakes, and other sweet creations according to Hyatt standards. • Assist the Pastry Chef and Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations. • Ensure all food preparations are consistent in quality and presentation. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen. • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control. • Follow HACCP and food safety guidelines at all times. • Support training and development of junior kitchen colleagues. Qualifications • Minimum 2 years' experience in a pastry kitchen within a hotel or upscale restaurant. • Strong knowledge of pastry production techniques. • Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Good communication and teamwork skills.
