Human Resources Manager

We're Hiring: HR Manager | Dubai Rise Up Holding is growing, and we're looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Dubai. Immediate joiners are highly preferred. Salary: Up to AED 10,000 per month, depending on experience What you'll do • Manage end-to-end payroll and ensure full WPS compliance • Lead recruitment for multiple roles across the company, from sourcing to onboarding • Handle employee onboarding, offboarding and documentation • Coordinate visas, work permits, Emirates ID and medical insurance processes • Maintain employee records, contracts and HR policies in line with UAE Labour Law • Manage leave, attendance and end-of-service calculations • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations and HR queries • Support performance management and HR reporting What we're looking for • Mandatory: Proven HR experience within a real estate brokerage in the UAE • Hands-on experience with payroll and WPS • Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures • Experience recruiting for multiple roles at the same time • Strong organisational and communication skills • Available to join immediately or at short notice Why join us • Be part of a fast-growing real estate company in Dubai • A key role with real impact on how our team grows • A dynamic and supportive work environment Show more Show less
