Information Technology Specialist

About the role: Seeking an IT specialist to take care of our regional IT needs; they will be responsible for configuring, installing, testing, maintaining, tuning, or upgrading components; setting up software; assisting with network and hardware administration; and resolving all IT support issues. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Installing new software and hardware components. • Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands. • Assisting with network administration tasks. • Ensuring data storage is safe and secure. • Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software. • Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage. • Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network Profile: • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field. • At least 2 years’ experience in a relevant role. • Fluent in English, spoken and written. • Saudi only.
