Business Development Manager – Dessert Supply / Mochi B2B Sales Location: Dubai, UAE Role Type: Field Sales / B2B Business Development We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to grow B2B sales for a premium dessert product, with a strong focus on Mochi supply to restaurants, cafés, bakeries, hotels and other food service businesses across the UAE. The ideal candidate should already understand the UAE F&B market, be confident in field sales, and have a strong existing network within the hospitality and bakery sector. Key Responsibilities • Generate new B2B business for Mochi and dessert products • Approach restaurants, cafés, bakeries, hotels and catering businesses • Arrange product presentations, sampling and client meetings • Develop new accounts and build long-term customer relationships • Negotiate pricing, volumes and commercial terms • Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into recurring business • Maintain an active sales pipeline and report on market activity • Identify new channels, partnerships and placement opportunities • Spend significant time in the market meeting potential clients Candidate Requirements • Proven B2B sales or business development experience in the UAE • Strong network within restaurants, cafés, bakeries, hospitality or food service • Experience selling food, desserts, bakery products, FMCG or similar products is highly preferred • Valid UAE driving licence • Must have access to a car • Preferably on own / existing UAE residence visa for the initial 3 months • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills • Presentable, confident and commercially driven • Comfortable with a field based sales role • Able to independently develop and manage a sales territory Salary & Incentives Competitive package based on the candidate’s experience, network and proven sales capability, with an attractive performance based commission structure.
