Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in a full-time capacity. This role involves administering HR policies and procedures, supporting HR management activities, and coordinating personnel management processes such as onboarding, performance documentation, and employee records. The specialist will manage employee benefits, support HR-related compliance, and assist with the implementation of human capital initiatives for clients and internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include responding to employee inquiries, preparing HR documentation and reports, coordinating with other departments to ensure consistent HR practices, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes. Qualifications • Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in day-to-day HR operations. • Knowledge of HR Policies and Personnel Management, including onboarding, performance support, and employee relations. • Experience managing Employee Benefits and understanding of compensation and benefits practices. • Relevant educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR compliance requirements. • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools. • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle confidential information with discretion.
