Role Description The Human Resources Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for supporting and implementing HR activities across the organization. This role includes managing day-to-day HR operations, maintaining employee records, and coordinating recruitment processes such as job postings, screening, and onboarding. The Human Resources Officer will assist in developing and updating job descriptions, supporting employee relations, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures. The role also involves coordinating performance management processes, supporting training and development initiatives, and assisting with HR reporting and compliance. The Human Resources Officer will work closely with management and staff to promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture and address HR-related inquiries. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to handle daily HR operations and support organizational objectives. • Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Employee Relations to ensure fair practices, compliance, and a positive work environment. • Relevant academic qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage. • Experience working in HR roles, preferably in fast-paced or multicultural environments; familiarity with UAE labor law is beneficial. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly and build trust with employees. • Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications; fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are an asset.
