SEE Venues
Dubai, UAEPosted 2 days ago
Marketing Account Manager SEE Venues · ImmerSEE · SEE Institute The Sustainable City, Dubai · Full-time, on-site SEE Venues is the events business inside The Sustainable City — seven signature spaces in the UAE's first Net Zero building, with a client list that already includes Volkswagen, Bulgari, Polestar and Schneider Electric. ImmerSEE, our immersive 360° space, is unlike anything else in the region. SEE Institute is the research and innovation home of the city. Three brands. One marketing function. We are hiring the person who runs it. Why This Role Exists Our marketing is not under-strategised. It is under-owned. Strategy, media buying and measurement sit with Hyphen, our appointed research-based marketing partner. Production sits with Twenty50, our creative partner. What is missing is the person on our side who holds the account together — who keeps three brands moving, turns the plan into shipped work, and makes sure not a single enquiry goes cold. This is not a support role. You own the account. What You'll Own 1. The account, across three brands – Single point of ownership for SEE Venues, ImmerSEE and SEE Institute marketing – Keep each brand distinct — ImmerSEE is a hero product, not a sub-page of the venue – Run the weekly rhythm with Hyphen: priorities in, work out, decisions closed – Brief and gate creative with Twenty50 — nothing goes live that does not match the brief – Own the marketing calendar against the venue's booking calendar, not in isolation from it 2. Leads, end to end – First response on every inbound enquiry — LinkedIn, Meta, WhatsApp, website, walk-in, exhibitions – Qualify against our two tiers: high-value agency and corporate, and sub-AED 50k bookings – Hand to BD with the context already gathered: event type, date, headcount, budget band, space fit – Own CRM hygiene in Odoo — every lead sourced, staged, and traceable back to the campaign that produced it – Follow up. Politely, persistently, on a schedule. A lead that dies in an inbox is a lost booking. 3. Channel and content – Own the content calendar across all three brands' channels – Coordinate shoots, venue walkthroughs, live event coverage and post-event assets – Keep the asset library current — galleries, spec sheets, floor plans, lookbooks, case studies – Feed the field back into strategy: what clients actually ask, object to, and choose on 4. The numbers – Weekly: enquiry volume, response time, qualification rate, source – Monthly: cost per lead, lead-to-site-visit, site-visit-to-booking, pipeline value – Bring a point of view to the monthly review — a read, not a screenshot How You'll Work You — the client-side owner. Decisions, speed, access, follow-through. Hyphen — strategy, paid media across Meta and LinkedIn, measurement and reporting frameworks. Twenty50 — creative production against briefs you and Hyphen set. You will sit with us at The Sustainable City and work with Hyphen almost daily. If you need full creative and media control, this is the wrong role. If you want to run a real account with two specialist teams behind you, it is the right one. Your First 90 Days Day 30 — you own every inbound lead. Response inside two working hours. CRM clean and current. Day 60 — content calendar running across all three brands. Briefs to Twenty50 going out from you. Day 90 — you present the monthly read yourself: source to booking, what is working, what to cut. You're Right For This If – 3+ years in marketing, account management, or a commercial role in events, venues or hospitality — UAE market experience required – You have handled inbound leads and are comfortable picking up the phone – You can hold an agency to a deadline without it becoming a fight – You write clearly in English — clean, professional, no filler. Arabic is a strong plus. – You are organised to the point of being slightly annoying about it – You understand B2B: the buyer is a company, the cycle is long, and follow-up closes it You're Wrong For This If – You want to be the creative – You measure your work in posts published rather than enquiries converted – Chasing a lead for the fourth time feels beneath you – You need a finished playbook handed to you before you can move Useful, Not Essential – Events, venue, hospitality or MICE background – Odoo or a comparable CRM – Comfort reading Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager (reading them, not running them) – An existing network among UAE event agencies and corporate event teams Show more
