Marketing Account Manager

THE ROLE IN ONE PARAGRAPH You will be the single point of contact between Hyphen and one client group: SEE Engineering and its subsidiaries JEET Construction and JEET Fitout — a 20-year construction and engineering group headquartered in The Sustainable City. Hyphen runs their brand, marketing and digital presence end to end. Your job is to make that engagement run cleanly: briefs go in complete, deliverables come out on time and on brand, the client always knows where things stand, and nothing falls between the cracks. You are not a social media manager and you will not be posting content. You are the operator who keeps a serious B2B account moving. WHAT YOU WILL BE MANAGING The engagement is live and has a full pipeline. On day one you inherit: – Brand & collateral rollout — a 159-item brand collateral programme across the three entities (stationery, site branding, vehicle livery, uniforms, digital templates, corporate folders), designed print-ready but deployed digital-first. – Company profiles and website launch — company profiles for all entities, a JEET Fitout website in final build and a JEET Fitout Instagram and LinkedIn presence. – HANDASEH — an educational sub-brand under JEET Construction with a long-form video series filmed on live sites, in Arabic and English. – CRM and pipeline hygiene — CRM setup and lead-handling process for JEET Fitout's B2B pipeline, in coordination with the client's team. RESPONSIBILITIES – Own the day-to-day relationship with the client's management and marketing contacts. Run weekly status calls, send written recaps within 24 hours, and keep one live tracker of every open item. – Take every request and turn it into a complete internal brief: objective, audience, entity, format, deadline, reference material, approval path. Push back on incomplete briefs before they reach the creative team. – Plan and manage the delivery calendar across design, production, copy and web. Flag risk early, re-sequence when priorities shift, and never let the client discover a delay before you have told them. – Quality-check every deliverable before it leaves Hyphen: correct entity, correct logo and colours, correct contact details, no blurring between SEE Engineering and the JEET subsidiaries unless the brief says so. – Manage approvals. Chase sign-offs, consolidate feedback into one clear round, and protect the team from fragmented or contradictory comments. – Coordinate site visits and shoots for content and the HANDASEH series: access, permits, safety requirements, schedules and client-side attendance. – Maintain the account's documentation: brand guideline book, asset library, approval records, meeting notes and scope register. Everything findable, everything current. – Prepare monthly performance and progress reports with the strategy team, and present them to the client with confidence. – Spot scope creep and commercial opportunity. Escalate both to the CEO with a recommendation, not just a flag. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR – 2–4 years in an agency account management, client servicing or project coordination role. Experience with B2B, real estate, construction or professional-services clients is a strong advantage. – Fluent English, written and spoken, at a level where you can draft a client email that needs no editing. Arabic is a strong plus for site coordination and Arabic-language deliverables. – Obsessive organisation. You keep trackers current without being asked, and you notice when a logo is 2mm off before the client does. – Composure with senior stakeholders. You can sit across from a CEO, hold a position politely, and know when to escalate. – Working comfort with Canva, Notion or similar project tools, Google Workspace and a CRM (HubSpot or Zoho). You do not need to design, but you need to read a design brief and a proof. – Based in Dubai with a valid UAE driving licence, or willing to obtain one. Site visits are part of the job. HOW YOU WILL BE MEASURED The first 90 days are structured. By day 30 you know every open item on the account and have taken over the weekly client call. By day 60 the collateral tracker, asset library and approval log are current and the client is receiving written recaps without prompting. By day 90 you run the account day to day with the CEO stepping in only for strategy and commercial decisions. Ongoing, we look at four things: on-time delivery against agreed dates, first-round approval rate (how often work is accepted without a revision caused by an incomplete brief), client responsiveness (issues acknowledged the same day, resolved or scheduled within 48 hours), and the quality of your written communication. WHAT WORKING AT HYPHEN LOOKS LIKE Hyphen is a small, senior team that treats marketing as a research discipline. Every decision has a reason, and we find it first. You will work directly with the founder, the Creative Director and the production team, on accounts where the client is present and demanding in the best way. You will learn how brand systems are built for multi-entity groups, how B2B pipelines are actually run, and how to operate at the level of a business, not a brief. Growth path: Senior Account Manager with a portfolio of accounts and a junior reporting to you. Show more Show less
