Paid Ads Management: Digital Media - EcommercePerformance Marketing Executive (Meta + Google) for DTC Ecommerce Brand, UAE Based Preferred

Description: About Innovio Innovio makes ergonomic laptop stands and workspace gear for people who work on the go. We're a lean DTC brand on Shopify selling across the UAE and US, with Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC next on our roadmap. The Role We're looking for a long-term, full-time Performance Marketing Executive to own our paid acquisition end to end: strategy, execution, creative direction, and reporting. UAE-based candidates are strongly preferred, as the UAE is our lead market and KSA is next. We value consistency. We want someone who builds stable, well-structured accounts, respects the learning phase, and makes deliberate changes rather than constant restarts. What you'll do • Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns on Meta and Google (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube) with ROAS and margin as the north star • Manage budgets across UAE, KSA, and US and make clear, data-backed calls on where to scale and where to pull back • Lead new GCC market launches with localised targeting, messaging, and testing plans • Write clear creative briefs for UGC creators, freelancers, and AI tools, and keep a steady weekly pipeline of fresh creative • Run structured creative testing (hooks, angles, formats, offers) and turn results into the next round of briefs • Work with the team on bundles, offers, and landing pages to improve AOV and conversion • Track unit economics by product and market • Keep Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and Google tracking accurate • Share weekly performance updates with insights and next steps • Support marketplace advertising as we expand onto Noon What we're looking for • 3+ years in performance marketing for ecommerce/DTC brands, ideally Shopify • A proven track record of profitable ROAS, with real examples • Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads • Experience writing creative briefs and working with UGC creators and editors • Highly analytical and comfortable with Shopify analytics, GA4, and spreadsheets • Solid understanding of margins, CAC, AOV, and how they connect to ROAS • Proactive: you flag problems early and come with solutions • Strong communicator who works well in a small, fast-moving team Nice to have • Experience running ads in the US, UAE and Saudi Arabia • Marketplace ads experience (Noon, Amazon) • Background in ecommerce and tech accessories or consumer electronics How to apply Please include: • Your location • A campaign you scaled profitably: what you did, the results, and what you'd do differently • Your approach to creative testing on Meta Applications that don't answer these won't be reviewed.
