We are looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Manager to scale our user acquisition and drive measurable growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing substantial performance marketing budgets, designing cross-channel paid campaigns, optimizing lower-funnel conversions, and continuously lowering CAC while maximizing ROAS/LTV. Regional Creative Direction & Localization • Work closely with the creative/design team to ideate, test, and scale localized ad formats (short video, native UGC, Arabic ad copy, interactive ads). • Leverage cultural insights (e.g., Ramadan, Eid, Black/White Friday, Saudi National Day) to produce high-performing seasonal campaign creatives that resonate with Arab users. 3. Data Analysis, Tracking & Attribution • Partner with Data and Growth Engineering teams to ensure robust attribution, event tracking, and SKAdNetwork / Privacy Sandbox compliance using MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular). • Conduct rigorous A/B and multivariate testing on audiences, bidding strategies, landing pages, and creative assets to consistently optimize funnel conversion rates. 4. Channel Expansion & Local Ad Networks • Explore, test, and scale regional ad networks, local influencer/affiliate platforms, and emerging traffic sources specific to the specific market. • Build strong relationships with platform representatives (Snapchat, TikTok, Meta, Google) to gain early access to beta features and regional insights. Qualifications & Requirements • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, or growth marketing in MENA ( E-commerce, FinTech, or Mobile Apps preferred). • Track Record: Proven history of successfully scaling monthly ad spends while maintaining strong ROAS and user quality metrics in GCC markets (KSA, UAE, etc.). • Technical Mastery: In-depth knowledge of MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.), Web/App analytics platforms (GA4, Amplitude), and self-serve ad managers. • Language Skills: Professional working proficiency in English and Arabic. Strong native understanding of Arabic nuance in performance ad copy is highly desirable. • Analytical Capability: Advanced Excel / SQL skills; strong quantitative mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex performance datasets.
