Roles & Responsibilities 7.1. Responsible to monitor all new recruits and register or update in the HRDF System 7.2. Enrolls new employees for HRDF and maintaining appropriate HRDF records 7.3. Ensures that applicant's CVs and paper work are correctly collected and documented 7.4. Assists in the employment process by processing of new employee paperwork, job offer letters, applicant response letter and creation of employee files 7.5. Issues contracts for candidates in English and Arabic 7.6. Writes all templates and letters as required by HR director 7.7. Issues employee IDs to new joiners 7.8. Prepares, maintains, and updates employee personnel files 7.9. Provides guidelines, direction or answer to employee queries in a timely manner based on existing policies and procedures, as mandated by governing laws upon the request and/or approval of the HR Director 7.10. Follows hospital policies and procedures and customer service rules 7.11. Maintains an efficient and accurate system of filing, locating and receiving of documents 7.12. Performs other duties as maybe required by the hospital according to its policies and procedures duly approved by the administration 8. Qualifications, Certifications & Experience 8.1. Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma level in a relevant field or equivalent 8.2. Minimum of two years of experience working in the same field 9. Knowledge 9.1. Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and its application in various situations 9.2. Knowledge of appropriate Human Resource policies and procedures 10. Skills/ Abilities 10.1. Good communication skills verbal and written 10.2. Good administrative and clerical skills 10.3. Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and outlook 10.4. Ability to work with a diverse group of people 10.5. Ability to work in demanding situations under pressure in a team independently with minimum supervision 10.6.
