Job Summary We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our HR department with day-to-day administrative activities, employee records, documentation, attendance, recruitment coordination, and government-related HR processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, good knowledge of Saudi labor regulations, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information. Key Responsibilities • Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records. • Manage employee attendance, leaves, vacations, and related documentation. • Prepare HR letters, certificates, contracts, and other employee documents. • Support recruitment, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding. • Coordinate new employee joining formalities and exit procedures. • Assist with payroll-related HR information and monthly attendance reports. • Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and databases. • Support employees with HR-related inquiries and requests. • Assist with GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, and other Saudi government HR platforms as required. • Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly followed. • Assist in maintaining compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations. • Prepare HR reports and documentation for management when required. • Coordinate with other departments regarding employee-related matters. • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information. • Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned. Requirements • Saudi Female preferred. • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Previous experience in HR administration is preferred. • Good understanding of Saudi labor laws and HR practices. • Familiarity with GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, and related platforms is an advantage. • Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle confidential information professionally. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
