Sales Specialist

Job Title: Sales specialist Employment Type: Full-time Job location : Riyadh Preferred Nationality: Saudi Job Summary We are looking for a motivated, articulate Sales Agent to join our sales team. You will contact potential and existing customers by phone, present our products and services, and close sales to meet monthly targets. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, customer-focused, and driven by results. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to leads and prospects, and handle inbound sales inquiries. • Present products and services clearly and match them to customer needs. • Answer questions, handle objections, and negotiate to close sales. • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets. • Follow up with leads and customers to convert opportunities and build repeat business. • Record all calls, leads, and sales activity accurately in the CRM system. • Maintain strong knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and company policies. • Provide excellent after-sales support and refer complex issues to the relevant team. • Share customer feedback and market insights with management. • Follow company scripts, quality standards, and compliance requirements. Requirements Qualifications and experience • Secondary school diploma or higher (a bachelor's degree is a plus). • No experience required • Proven ability to meet sales targets is an advantage. • The ability to speak English on B1 to C1 level is a huge advantage Skills • Excellent verbal communication in Arabic; good English is preferred. • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. • Good listening skills and a professional, friendly phone manner. • Basic computer skills, including CRM tools and Microsoft Office. • Good time management and the ability to work in a target-driven environment. • Resilience, a positive attitude, and a team-player mindset.
