Stitch

Disclaimer: Please read the job description carefully. Apply only if you are an EXPERT with LinkedIn Ads and outbound. The role You will own paid acquisition and outbound at Stitch end to end: from the idea for a campaign, through the copy, creative and sequences that run, to the quality of the lead that lands in a salesperson's calendar. This is a senior individual-contributor role with real budget authority and direct accountability for qualified pipeline. You will be working alongside the Head of Marketing and closely with Sales and the founder. You will also be Stitch's primary relationship owner with LinkedIn's regional account teams. What you will do • Own the full-funnel paid strategy. Design and run an integrated paid program across LinkedIn, Google and X that covers awareness, consideration and conversion for senior decision-makers at banks, lenders and fintechs globally. Decide how budget splits across brand and lead-gen, and defend that split with data. • Be the LinkedIn Ads expert in the building. Run Stitch's LinkedIn program at an expert level: Sponsored Content, Document Ads, Thought Leader Ads, Conversation and Message Ads, Lead Gen Forms, Conversions API, Matched Audiences and account-based targeting. Work directly with LinkedIn's regional account and customer success teams on betas, benchmarks, creative reviews and quarterly planning. • Run Google and X as complementary channels. Own Search ads and use X for reach into fintech, banking and developer communities, and know when it does not deserve budget. • Own the creative. Write the ad copy. Brief and art-direct creatives. Generate a steady pipeline of campaign ideas and formats: gated whitepapers and reports, message and conversation ads, video, carousels, event-driven campaigns, customer proof, comparison pages. Run structured creative testing and kill losers quickly. • Run Stitch's outbound engine. Own the outbound program end to end: build and maintain target account and contact lists against our ICP, write and run multi-step cold email and LinkedIn sequences in lemlist, and operate our fleet of AI calling agents on ElevenLabs Conversational AI (personas, scripts, call flows, testing and reporting). Manage deliverability, reply handling and meeting booking, route every outbound lead into HubSpot with full attribution, and hand qualified leads to Sales. You are measured on qualified meetings. • Respond to every lead in minutes, not hours. Speed to lead is a core metric of this role. When a lead comes in from any channel, the target is a first response within 5 to 10 minutes during working hours across our time zones. You will work closely with our Automation Manager to build AI-assisted routing, enrichment, drafting and follow-up so that the speed holds at volume without sacrificing the quality of the response. Where automation cannot cover it, you cover it. • Localise for every market. Stitch sells across the US, GCC, wider MENA, Africa and Asia, and a message that lands in Riyadh may fall flat in Nairobi or Manila. You will adapt targeting, copy, creative, outbound scripts, timing (working weeks, prayer times, Ramadan, regional holidays) and channel mix to each market, and understand the differences in how banks and lenders buy, who the decision-makers are, and what formality and tone are expected in each. You will build a market-by-market view of what works and feed it back into the wider marketing and sales teams. • Optimise for MQL quality and cost per MQL together. Set and hit targets on both, across paid and outbound. Build the scoring, routing and feedback loop with Sales so a lead that does not convert to a meeting tells you something about targeting or messaging, and act on it. • Qualify and hand over the leads you generate. Own first-touch follow-up on paid and outbound leads: enrichment, qualification against ICP, and warm handover to Sales with context. Build and run the nurture and remarketing programs (email, retargeting, sequenced content) that move not-yet-ready leads toward a meeting. • Run the CRM side of demand gen. Manage lead flow in HubSpot: forms, lifecycle stages, attribution, list hygiene, workflows and dashboards. Make sure every lead, paid or outbound, is traceable from first touch to opportunity. • Report on what matters. Performance reporting to the Head of Marketing and founder on spend, MQLs, cost per MQL, MQL-to-meeting conversion and pipeline influenced, by channel. Recommend where the next dollar and the next hour should go. What we are looking for • 5 to 8 years in B2B performance or demand generation marketing, with at least 3 years hands-on running LinkedIn Ads at meaningful budgets. You can talk about the last LinkedIn campaign you ran in detail: audience construction, format, CPL, and what you changed. • Expert in Google Ads and X Ads alongside LinkedIn, and clear-eyed about what each channel is good for in B2B. • Hands-on outbound experience with sequencing tools such as lemlist, and comfort operating AI voice or calling agents. You have written cold email that got replies from senior buyers and you understand deliverability, domain warm-up and list hygiene. • Experience managing monthly budgets of $100k+ across multiple channels and geographies, with a track record of improving cost per MQL without sacrificing lead quality. • A creative operator. You have written high-performing ad copy and outbound copy yourself, briefed and directed creative, and come up with campaign concepts that were not on anyone's list. A portfolio or examples will be asked for. • Comfortable with the sales side of the funnel. You have qualified leads, run nurture and remarketing programs, and worked with Sales on handover and feedback. You do not think your job ends at the form fill or the booked call. • CRM fluency, ideally HubSpot: lifecycle stages, workflows, lead scoring, attribution and reporting. • Analytical and honest with numbers. Comfortable with conversion tracking, Conversions API, UTM discipline and attribution, and willing to say when a campaign or sequence is not working. Should be data / numbers obsessed with every decision being data driven and not arbitrary. • Banking, financial services or fintech background strongly preferred, and B2B experience essential. You understand how banks and lenders buy, who sits in the committee, and how long the cycle is. What you will get • A salary above market rate. We pay to hire the best person for this role, not the cheapest, and the offer will reflect that. • A clear path to grow. As paid and outbound scale, so
