Dussmann Ajlan & Bros is pleased to announce a new career opportunity for the position of Recruitment Manager, Riyadh in Saudi Arabia. 1. Position Overview The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment function across Facility Management operations. The role will ensure the timely sourcing, selection, and mobilization of qualified personnel in line with approved manpower requirements, project needs, company policies, and applicable Saudi labor regulations. The position requires strong experience in managing recruitment activities for technical, engineering, hard services, soft services, supervisory, administrative, and management positions, including high-volume and project-based recruitment. 2. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Strategy & Planning: • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business and project manpower requirements. • Work closely with management and project teams to identify current and future manpower needs. • Prepare and maintain recruitment plans, priorities, and hiring timelines. • Monitor manpower requirements and ensure vacancies are addressed within agreed timelines. • Support workforce planning and mobilization activities for new and existing FM projects. Recruitment Operations: • Manage the complete recruitment cycle from vacancy requisition through candidate selection, offer, and onboarding. • Source qualified candidates through job portals, professional networks, recruitment databases, and other appropriate sourcing channels. • Review CVs and shortlist candidates based on approved job requirements. • Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate technical and final interviews with relevant stakeholders. • Ensure candidates meet the required qualifications, experience, professional certifications, and other position-specific requirements. • Manage recruitment for high-volume positions, including technicians, engineers, supervisors, cleaners, housekeeping staff, and other FM personnel. • Ensure timely submission and follow-up of candidate documentation. Facility Management Recruitment: • Develop and maintain recruitment pipelines for Facility Management positions. • Recruit personnel across Hard Services, Soft Services, Engineering, MEP, Cleaning, Housekeeping, Security, Administration, and FM Management functions. • Maintain an active database of qualified candidates for urgent and future project requirements. • Understand project-specific staffing requirements, job descriptions, and mobilization schedules. • Coordinate recruitment activities to support project mobilization and operational requirements. Stakeholder Management: • Coordinate closely with HR, Operations, Project Managers, Facility Managers, and department heads throughout the recruitment process. • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, pending vacancies, interviews, selections, and mobilization status. • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely feedback from hiring managers. • Escalate recruitment delays, challenges, and critical manpower gaps to management. Offer & Onboarding Coordination: • Coordinate the preparation and issuance of employment offers for selected candidates. • Follow up on candidate acceptance, required documentation, and joining dates. • Coordinate with HR and other relevant departments to ensure a smooth onboarding and mobilization process. • Ensure selected candidates meet applicable professional, regulatory, and project requirements before joining. Compliance & Documentation • Ensure recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and applicable Saudi labor and employment requirements. • Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained throughout the recruitment process. • Verify qualifications, experience, professional certifications, and other required documents where applicable. • Maintain confidentiality of candidate and recruitment information. Recruitment Reporting & KPIs: • Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, manpower trackers, vacancy status reports, and recruitment dashboards. • Monitor key recruitment indicators, including: • Time to Hire • Time to Fill • Candidate Pipeline • Offer Acceptance Rate • Recruitment Completion Rate • Vacancy Aging • Mobilization Status • Provide regular recruitment updates and management reports. • Analyze recruitment performance and recommend improvements where required. 3. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 9 years of relevant recruitment experience. • Proven experience in Facility Management, Consultancy, Engineering, Operations, or a similar industry. • Strong experience in both professional and high-volume recruitment. • Experience recruiting technical, engineering, supervisory, operational, and support staff. • Good knowledge of recruitment practices and the Saudi labor market. • Strong understanding of recruitment documentation and onboarding processes. 4.
