Job Title: Recruitment Specialist Location: Qiddiyah site, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | On-site Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment for head office and project sites, from sourcing to offer • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and agencies • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers • Build talent pipelines for technical, engineering, and site roles • Support Saudization (Nitaqat) targets through local talent sourcing • Coordinate offers, onboarding documents, and Qiwa contract steps with GR • Maintain recruitment trackers and report on hiring KPIs Requirements • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field • 3–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in construction or engineering in KSA/GCC • Strong sourcing skills, especially on LinkedIn Recruiter • Knowledge of KSA labor law, Qiwa, and Nitaqat is a strong plus • Excellent communication in English; Arabic is an advantage • Organized, fast-paced, and comfortable handling high volumes Show more Show less
