Business Development & Partnerships Manager Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE Employment: Full-Time | On-Site Theta Architects is looking for an experienced Business Development & Partnerships Manager to build our client pipeline and partnership network as we expand our Fit-Out & Maintenance operations in Dubai. With more than a decade of experience and 200+ implemented projects across the Middle East and Europe, Theta brings together architecture, interior design, fit-out execution, renovation, and maintenance under one integrated approach. The Role You will take ownership of new business development and strategic partnerships, with a focus on generating and converting opportunities across Dubai. Key Responsibilities: • Generate and qualify new fit-out, renovation, and maintenance opportunities • Build strong relationships with real estate brokers, property managers, landlords, developers, business setup firms, and corporate clients • Identify companies opening, relocating, expanding, or refurbishing their operations in Dubai • Manage opportunities from initial contact through meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closing • Coordinate with our Estimation/QS and project teams to prepare proposals and respond to client requirements • Develop recurring Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) opportunities • Build and maintain an active CRM pipeline with disciplined follow-up • Represent Theta Architects at relevant real estate, construction, and business networking events What We’re Looking For • Proven Business Development or Sales experience in the UAE • Experience in fit-out, interiors, construction, maintenance, facilities management, commercial real estate, or a closely related sector • Existing relationships within Dubai’s real estate, property, or corporate ecosystem are highly preferred • Strong prospecting, networking, negotiation, and closing skills • A business hunter who can independently create opportunities rather than rely solely on inbound leads • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the Dubai market • Professional English communication; Arabic is an advantage • UAE driving licence What We Offer • Competitive fixed salary • Performance-based commission • Support from established architecture, interior design, estimation/QS, and project delivery teams • Opportunity to play a key role in building and growing Theta Architects’ Fit-Out & Maintenance business in Dubai • We are looking for someone who understands how business is generated in Dubai, knows how to build the right relationships, and can turn those relationships into real projects and long-term clients.
