WE'RE HIRING: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (Fitout Experience Must) Residential Fit-Out & Renovation Nexar Technical Contracting is looking for a Business Development Executive to grow our residential projects. 📍 UAE | 💼 Full-Time 💰 AED 7,000–10,000 + Very Attractive Incentive Structure 🚗 Company Car | 🏥 Medical Insurance Please read before applying. THE ROLE You will find, develop and close residential fit-out and renovation projects. This is not a role where you wait for company enquiries. You build your own pipeline and bring in new business. The more projects you close, the more you earn. YOUR SALES CYCLE Lead → Contact → Qualification → Site Visit → Quotation → Follow-Up → Negotiation → Closing PROJECTS YOU'LL TARGET • Villa and apartment renovations • Residential fit-out and refurbishment • Civil and MEP modifications • Flooring and waterproofing works • Commercial projects are welcome, but residential is the main focus.
