About the Job We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Generalist to support the daily operations of our Human Resources function and contribute to creating a positive employee experience. The role involves managing key HR activities across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and induction. • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees on HR-related matters. • Support employee engagement, retention, and wellbeing initiatives. • Administer HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company guidelines. • Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately and confidentially. • Coordinate performance management processes, probation reviews, and employee development programs. • Support learning and development initiatives and training coordination. • Assist with compensation and benefits administration. • Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and HR metrics. • Handle employee relations matters professionally and effectively. • Collaborate with managers to support workforce planning and organizational objectives. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. • 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a dynamic corporate environment in a Security Industry. • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices. • Experience across multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and HR administration. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
