Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including administering employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, onboarding new hires, and supporting performance management processes. The Human Resources Specialist will implement and maintain HR policies, oversee employee benefits administration, and assist in handling personnel matters such as leaves, contracts, and disciplinary procedures. The role includes advising managers and employees on HR-related inquiries, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards, and supporting initiatives that promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture. The specialist will collaborate with leadership to improve HR processes and support organizational growth.
