As part of its continued growth, the company is looking to appoint a Leasing Team Lead to oversee leasing operations, drive commercial performance, and lead a high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leasing professional who enjoys leading from the front, developing teams, and making a tangible impact within a scaling business. 5+ years' experience within leasing, real estate or property management; previous experience leading or mentoring a team; strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering results; excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills; Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate or a related field (preferred).
