About the role Position Title: Multidiscipline Technical Consultant Work Location: Kuwait Department: On-sync Energy Management Services Company. Job Responsibilities • Provide multidisciplinary technical leadership across Process, Mechanical, Instrumentation, and Electrical engineering disciplines. • Lead complex operational troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and multidisciplinary technical reviews. • Provide technical assurance for Management of Change (MOC), projects, facility modifications, and operational changes. • Assess facility capacity against operational and production requirements and identify technical gaps and improvement opportunities. • Support engineering studies, Statements of Requirements (SOR), FEED, commissioning, start-up, and final acceptance activities. • Lead optimization, debottlenecking, reliability, and performance improvement studies. • Review engineering designs, technical deliverables, and project requirements across multiple disciplines. • Advise management on critical technical issues, risks, and engineering decisions. • Support process safety, risk assessments, HAZOPs, and technical risk mitigation activities. • Mentor engineers and facilitate technical knowledge transfer across disciplines. • Conduct field visits and provide technical support during site activities when required. Qualification Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline. • Master’s degree or professional engineering status is preferred. • Minimum 15 years of relevant Oil & Gas experience, with strong exposure to operations, projects, and multidisciplinary engineering. • Strong expertise in multidisciplinary technical assurance, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and facility optimization. • Strong knowledge of MOC, risk assessment, process safety, and facility capacity assessment. • Experience supporting engineering design, FEED, commissioning, start-up, and facility modification projects. • Knowledge of applicable international engineering standards and industry practices. • Professional Engineer, HAZOP Leader, PMP, or equivalent certification is preferred. • Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and mentoring skills. • Ability to integrate and resolve complex cross-disciplinary technical issues. • Upstream Oil & Gas operating-company experience is preferred.
