Business Development Specialist

Drive new business growth for FlyThru, AiPathos's voice AI ordering solution for restaurants. The role will work closely with the Sales Director to identify and engage new restaurant clients, run product demos, build an active sales pipeline, and close deals across Saudi Arabia. Key responsibilities include: prospecting new clients with a focus on restaurant chains with drive-thrus, reaching out to decision-makers through calls, email, LinkedIn, and site visits, running discovery meetings and product demos, preparing proposals and following up to close deals, maintaining and updating the CRM, coordinating client handover with the operations team, and sharing market and customer feedback with the team. Requirements: 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations (fresh graduates are welcome); Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; strong Arabic and English communication skills; confident presentation and follow-up ability; self-motivated and target-driven.
