Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Recruiter / Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar, technical, and niche positions within the Facilities Management (FM) industry. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring professionals across operations, technical services, engineering, business development, HSE, commercial, and corporate functions while ensuring timely mobilization and high-quality talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and recruitment agencies. • Identify and attract niche FM professionals for specialized roles. • Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and assessments. • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders. • Prepare candidate evaluation reports and recommendations. Stakeholder Management • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications. • Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends. • Ensure timely communication and recruitment updates to stakeholders. Talent Pipeline & Employer Branding • Build talent pools for critical and hard-to-fill FM positions. • Maintain candidate databases and succession pipelines. • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns. Compliance & Reporting • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and ethical recruitment standards. • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics. • Monitor recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, offer acceptance ratio, and sourcing effectiveness. Qualification & Experience • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 3-8 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction, Property Management, or Building Services industry. • Proven experience in white-collar and niche hiring. • Strong understanding of technical FM functions and organizational structures. • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals.
